Good morning, we currently run 8 hour shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off (set days off). I am exploring 12 hour shifts to see if it will help with our staffing issues and forced overtime. If you currently run on 12 hour shifts, could you send information (policies, etc.) my way. Any information on the transition to a 12 hour shift as well would be very helpful.
