I am looking for Operational Plans for doing cell shakedowns. My goal is to create written plan that we can exercise whenever needed quickly; we know exactly the amount of staff we need, how they will be divided up into teams, their assignments, equipment needs, etc.. It's a planning tool and pre-planning tool.
