    Good Afternoon,
As a jail administrator I was recently designated to participate in a "County Corrections Professional Standards Council Jail Population Managment Sub Committee".  I know the title is wordy.  This committee was   created due to a State statute that was developed last year.
We had our first meeting of many meetings, and our goal or mission is to create a reporting system for the counties.  We will be required to report to the state and Department of Corrections.  AS it stands now, we are reporting much of the same information over and over to different entities.  This tends to be a lot of work gathering the information with no real program in place.  Data we are looking to capture:
    1.) Population
    2.) Classifications
    3.) Gender
    4.) Sentenced/Unsentenced
    5.) Boarded in/Boarded out
    6.) New admissions and releases
    7.) Charges
8.) Program participation for example MAT Inmate specific
    9.) Age
    10.) Incident # inmate specific
I am curious what other counties and states are using for a program for this type of tracking?
