Our team is developing a new-supervisor training program for our jail. I'd love some ideas/templates from anyone who has run a sergeant/supervisor academy. We're planning on 4 weeks total (2 weeks in the classroom + 2 weeks of OJT).

· How do you structure OJT checklists/daily observation reports and pass-fail standards so expectations stay consistent across trainers?
