MDCR respectfully requests your agency's policy or procedure governing progressive discipline steps that are taken and/or the timeframes
for addressing staff attendance-related infractions. Specifically, we request the following information
1. The Definitions and criteria used to determine attendance violations,
2. How does your agency define and count each infraction (Leave usage thresholds, occurrence-based system, point-based system, i.e.)
3. The attendance tracking/measurement method(s) used
4. How FMLA leave is handled within the attendance tracking system
