I am seeking examples of employee disciplinary policies that specify the duration or frequency of lateness before written corrective action is initiated. Additionally, I am interested in learning about your procedures for managing no-call, no-show incidents.
Do you have progressive discipline, and is that information shared with the employee so they would know if they are late to work x amount of times, what type of discipline they would receive, or a no call no show
Also, if it is published, what are the pros and cons your team has had? Does it help with being consistent?
