When FMLA is apparent abuse, have you been able to discipline/terminate an employee? While the FMLA is covered to protect the employee, when it is blatant abuse, Human Resources often do not want to touch that area other than seeking for more information from their doctors.
In this career, there is a lot of abuse with call offs. What makes it difficult for not only staff who come to work, is when they know the FMLA is "untouchable" and being abused.
