Good Morning,
I am looking for any information regarding FMLA policies. My agency currently has a policy, however would like to hold personnel accountable for abusing the benefit. We have conflicting schools of thought on updating the FMLA documentation. We have been told anywhere from 30 days up to a year. Our goal is to ensure we are adhering to the law and simultaneously ensure the agency is not being taken advantage of by those who are abusing FMLA. Thank you for your help.
