Hello all,
I have taken over as my agency's PREA coordinator, and am looking into updating our in-house PREA reporting/tracking forms that our supervisors fill out for each investigation. I'm wondering what type of forms (or other internal tracking means) other agencies use and if they have a different form for inmate vs. inmate reports and inmate vs. staff reports.
