Our agency has begun researching the concept of the Biometric Bracelets for Inmates. We are seeking any information or assistance from other agencies who are using them AND those who may have decided not to use them. Feedback surrounding : costs, department policies, any concerns (officer complacency, false alarms, software, equipment...), where does the alarm go (nurses stations, security control center), who responds to the alarm (officers, medical staff) etc..
