We are currently working on implementing several new programs to assist inmates with re-entry (fatherhood counseling, interviewing/resume skills, etc.). We have also been in discussion with business leaders in the community who are willing to potentially offer job positions to released inmates that may possess the skills needed in their field.
I'm looking for examples of questionnaires or forms your agency may use to interview inmates and identify any programming needs they may have, and/or identify any skills that they may possess.
