Good Morning,
We are in the process of replacing our Jail Management System (JMS) that will be end of life in the near future. Every facility's needs are different, but I thought I'd ask a couple of questions. Is there a JMS company where the customer service is just as good or if not better than the actual product? Does it appear they are willing to work with and through your specific needs to give you the best product possible with what they offer.
