We have been with a Michigan based commissary and inmate kitchen vendor for almost 20 years. In fact, a super majority of counties in Michigan use the same vendor. We went out for RFP and narrowed it down to our current vendor and Summit. Nobody else in Michigan uses Summit foods, so I am curious on feedback from across the country on this vendor. We are a 429 bed facility, booking over 5,000 people a year.
