Good Afternoon,
I'm looking to see what other agencies do when staff are late on logs (safety checks). Is there some type of memo that needs to be generated or just telling someone that the log was late is efficient. This would be for both electronic logs and paper logs. Also do you any type of tracking system to see how many late logs you are having in a month and who your folks are that seem to be your biggest violators.
