I recently posted asking if anyone had any policies or information regarding what they are doing to prevent these types of recording devices coming into their facility. Specifically, with the inmate population. All of the help has been appreciated.
I am now running into the issue of the prescription recording glasses. You can have your prescription lenses placed in these types of glasses. Does anyone have any ideas on what can be done in these situations? The easy solution is to take the glasses upon arrival and have someone bring in non-recording glasses. But what if this is not feasible for the person. Additionally, what can be done to mitigate liability for the facility?
