Good Afternoon! I am looking for any information regarding PREA in relation to contractors. I am in a county jail and we have maintenance contractors that come in to work on things inside the jail. The contractor is always escorted through the facility by an employee, never left alone with an inmate. I am looking for information on what documentation we should be having the contractor complete, how often that paperwork needs completed (every time they come in or annually or something else), and if any training needs provided to them prior to them entering the facility.
