We are a smaller agency with a jail housing up to 200. In order to track our PREA cases more efficiently, we pull a case report number and enter it as a criminal/incident report. If the matter is administrative, the case is exceptionally cleared, if it turns out to be criminal, we address appropriately. Much easier to track with our reporting system.
