I am preparing to conduct interviews for a Security Captain position at a majority pre-trail detainee facility with an operational count of 700ish, this person is one of two and will be responsible for the daily operations and have approximately 100 staff under their command. Would anyone have some direction or examples for interview questions that I could use that would be appropriate for this level of responsibility?
