We are a 274-bed facility currently in the planning stages of implementing a Recovery Pod program for individuals with substance use disorder in our county jail. I'm reaching out to connect with other County Jails that have already established Recovery Pods.
If you're involved in a program like this, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your model, lessons learned, and outcomes. I am also interested in possibly visiting one or two facilities to observe their programs in action.
