I am currently working on a project with several counties who that are interested in starting a regional jail in their area. Basically, one jail and several counties use that jail and not build or continue to try to staff their own. Does anyone have experience with that who would be willing to chat with me a bit? I (and those sheriffs) would appreciate your input!
