Our main jail lobby has been locked down since covid and continues to be locked. Persons having business here are allowed access By a Deputy. We do not allow access except for business/ visits, no public access to use restroom off of the street etc. We have a no cell phone use sign in the lobby, but I was wondering if anyone has delt with persons trying to video in the lobby areas of your facility. Are you allowing the first Amendment argument and just ignoring these people (allowing video) or do you have a written policy allowing or denying same.
