I am hoping for insightful input on the most tamper resistant suicide prevention smocks that the velcro does NOT come off after wear. Twice in my career, we have had someone be able to remove the long piece of velcro off the back of the smock and use it to try to hurt themself. The company that made the most recent smock, we will stay away from. However, I was curious if any of you have had this happen.
