I am inquiring to see if someone may be willing to share their policy on how they handle inmates/ prisoners that are suicidal but combative, or refuse to answer either way if they have suicidal ideations. The goal is to mitigate use of force in attempting to remove clothing, and opting for temporary restraints to allow time for de-escalation and compliance, while protecting the prisoner/ inmate from self-harm.
