I am seeking feedback on the trays and food carts used by your agencies. Currently, we have heavy-duty plastic trays and metal food carts. However, the plastic trays tend to hold stains, and the metal food carts easily break and scratch the walls. We have a meeting scheduled with a vendor who offers plastic food carts. I am curious if anyone has experience using plastic food carts I would like to know your thoughts on their pros and cons. Thanks in advance.
