I am inquiring to see if there are other jails that have had issues with a drug called tune or tomb. We believe that this tune is essential agents (e.g., bug spray, cleaning products) being soaked on paper, dried and mailed in as legal mail. If you have experience this issue, I would love to learn more about what you are doing for mitigation. Thank you everyone.
